Vodafone Idea and TCS Expand Strategic Partnership with AI-Driven Customer Experience Platform
September 18, 2025 - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and consulting, has announced a five-year collaboration with Vodafone Idea to revamp the telecom operator's business support system (BSS) through a next-generation, AI-powered platform. This initiative aims to enhance Vodafone Idea's customer engagement by integrating automation, personalization, and faster service rollout.
At the core of this transformation are TCS’ flagship solutions—TCS HOBS™ and TCS TwinX™. TCS HOBS will act as the digital backbone, streamlining BSS operations for increased agility, stability, and seamless integration across all customer interfaces. Meanwhile, TCS TwinX will utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver data-driven insights and scenario simulations, enabling Vodafone Idea to provide more responsive and customized customer experiences.

TCS and Microsoft Expand Collaboration to Deliver AI-Led Business Transformation Solutions
June 20, 2025 - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expanded multi-year collaboration with Microsoft to develop AI-powered and cloud-based solutions aimed at accelerating business transformation across industries. This partnership will help enterprises modernize legacy systems, migrate critical workloads to the cloud, and leverage AI to unlock growth opportunities in sectors such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare.
